I started practising Ashtanga in 2006 during a difficult time in my life. I found the practice to be a very healing moving meditation. I am still in love with its ability to help me find stillness and peace in my mind as well as balance and steadiness in my body. I am committed to my own daily practice and to living my life in the true spirit of yoga with an open heart and mind.
I have been lucky enough to practice and study with some wonderful and inspiring teachers including John Scott, David Keil, Manju Jois, David Swenson, Graeme & Leonie Northfield, Nancy Gilgoff and Paul Dallaghan. I completed my formal ashtanga yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance RYT200) in 2010 with Ryan Spielman.
