I’m currently teaching small group guided primary, Mysore style self practice and private one to one sessions all on zoom. I teach beginners as well as those with an established practice.

Mondays – 7pm to 8.15pm Guided ashtanga class. We generally practice half primary followed by either a few postures from the second half of primary series or some of the accessible backbends from the beginning of second series. All levels welcome, modifications are offered for all postures.
Wednesdays 7pm to 8.30pm Small group Ashtanga self practice. I offer guidance and feedback on all aspects of practice.
